數學王 Mathji 是一款專為兒童設計的教育數學 App（同時提供 iOS 應用程式與網頁遊戲），並內含家長後台可追蹤孩子的學習狀況。本隱私政策說明我們如何收集、使用與保護資料。
數學王 Mathji is an educational math app for children, available both as an iOS app and a web game, with a parent dashboard for tracking a child's learning. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
2 資料收集 Data Collection
為了提供學習功能，App 會處理以下資料：
To provide learning features, the app processes the following data:

孩子的暱稱與年級（由家長設定，非真實姓名）
Child's display name and grade (set by the parent, not a real name) -
練習與測驗紀錄（答對／答錯、錯題、題型熟練度、積分與獎勵）— 用於追蹤進度與自動調整難度
Practice and quiz history (correct/incorrect answers, mistakes, topic mastery, points and rewards) — used to track progress and adapt difficulty
We do NOT collect personally identifiable information: no account sign-up, and no email, phone number, address, location, or real name.
3 資料儲存 Data Storage

iOS App — 資料儲存在你的裝置，並透過 Apple iCloud（CloudKit 私人資料庫）在你自己的 Apple ID 下同步。資料存放於你的私人 iCloud 空間，開發者無法讀取。
iOS app — data is stored on your device and synced through Apple iCloud (CloudKit private database) under your own Apple ID. It lives in your private iCloud space; the developer cannot access it. -
網頁遊戲 — 進度儲存於瀏覽器（localStorage），並可選擇透過 Firebase（匿名 UID）做雲端同步與排行榜，不與真實身份連結。
Web game — progress is stored in the browser (localStorage) and optionally synced via Firebase (anonymous UID) for cloud save and leaderboard, not linked to any real identity.
4 兒童隱私（COPPA 合規） Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
我們高度重視兒童隱私保護。
We take children's privacy very seriously.

我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人身份資訊。
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. -
無任何廣告，也不含第三方廣告 SDK。
No advertising of any kind, and no third-party ad SDKs. -
App 內無外部連結、無內購、亦無聊天等可能暴露兒童資訊的社交功能。
No external links, no in-app purchases, and no social/chat features that could expose a child's information. -
家長可在 App 內刪除孩子的檔案，或刪除 App／登出 iCloud 以移除資料。
Parents can delete a child's profile inside the app, or remove the app / sign out of iCloud to erase the data.
5 第三方服務 Third-party Services

Apple iCloud / CloudKit — iOS App 用來在你自己的 Apple ID 下同步資料；受 Apple 隱私政策約束。
Apple iCloud / CloudKit — used by the iOS app to sync data under your own Apple ID; governed by Apple's privacy policy. -
Firebase (Google) — 僅網頁遊戲使用，用於匿名身份驗證、資料儲存與網站託管。

No analytics tracking, no ad SDKs, and no cross-app tracking.
6 資料分享 Data Sharing
We do NOT sell or share personal data.
iOS App 的資料只存在你自己的 iCloud，不會傳送給我們或任何第三方。網頁遊戲的排行榜僅顯示角色名稱與分數，不含任何真實身份資訊。
The iOS app's data stays in your own iCloud and is never sent to us or any third party. The web game's leaderboard shows only character names and scores, with no real identity information.
7 資料保留 Data Retention

資料會保留至你刪除孩子的檔案或存檔為止。
Data is retained until you delete the child's profile or save data. -
刪除 App 會移除裝置上的資料；iCloud 內的同步資料可在 App 中刪除檔案，或於「設定 > Apple ID > iCloud」中管理／移除。
Deleting the app removes on-device data; iCloud-synced data can be deleted in the app, or managed/removed under Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
